What I Treat
I work with a diverse age range of people who are facing all kinds of challenges in life, mental health issues, navigating uncertainty, relational distress, are feeling stuck or are seeking to understand themselves more deeply. Psychotherapy can work on a deep level, help you to identify core origins of patterns, thoughts, feelings and behaviours that are present in your life and in the therapy space.
At times clients may come to therapy for a particular reason and a different issue emerges. Often there is a strong feeling that they no longer want to struggle or suffer.
Here are some common concerns I help clients navigate, these are not exhaustive:
- Anxiety and stress
- Depression
- Relationship issues
- Life changes and transitions
- Identity shifts
- Grief and Loss
- Neurodiversity and highly sensitive people
- Attachment and relational trauma
- Systemic and institutional trauma
I am open to working across the lifespan, and have had experience with young people, adolescents and children in complex mental health.
